Missale Romanum 1962.  (Please note: This .pdf file is very large, approximately 256Mb in size.  In case you may be wondering why it is so large, or whether it is worth the download, here is a small extract of sample pages to help you:  <Sample pages>.   This edition includes Saint Joseph in the Canon Missae, whom Pope St. John XXIII added in November 1962 after most publishers had already printed and shipped their editions of his Missale, and there is an addendum containing the text of the prayer Pro Conversione Iudaeorum as modified by Pope Benedict XVI in February 2008.

The New Rubrics of the Roman Breviary and Missal (1960) by Rev. Patrick L. Murphy.  (This volume includes an English translation of the rubrics (Rubricæ generales Missalis) contained in the forepart of the Missale Romanum (1962).  The .pdf file is approximately 9Mb in size.)
